🚀 AI Image Editing, Independent Brand Imagery Controls & Much More
We're excited to announce Edit Image, letting you make targeted changes to any AI-generated image without regenerating it from scratch, plus independent Brand Imagery controls for Featured vs. In-Article images, and a round of fixes across Autopilot, WordPress publishing, Content Refresh, and onboarding.
✨ New Features
🖌️ Edit Image
Every eligible image in the article editor now has an Edit Image option, letting you request a targeted change without regenerating the image from scratch.
Click Edit Image, describe exactly what you'd like changed (e.g., "make the background a deep navy blue, remove the plush toy, add more contrast to the chart"), and ContentPen generates the edit.

🎨 Brand Imagery Control, Per Image Type
You now control how much of your brand (logo and colors) is applied to Featured images versus In-Article images independently, instead of every AI image being branded the same way with no way to adjust it.
By default, one Brand Imagery setting (Logo + colors, Colors only, or Off) applies to every AI image in the article. Click "Set in-article images separately" to split the control, giving Featured Image and In-Article Images their own independent toggle, so you can put your logo on the card-worthy featured image without stamping it onto every in-article photo, or turn branding off entirely for a specific batch. A "Use the same for all images" link switches back to unified control at any time.

🔧 Improvements & Fixes
Autopilot:
- Keyword selection, diversity, and coverage adjustments - Improved how Autopilot selects and diversifies the keywords it plans articles and refreshes around, for better topic coverage across your queue.
Publishing:
- WordPress publishing failing with "timeout of 45000ms exceeded" - Fixed. Publishing generated articles to WordPress no longer times out with this error.
Article Generation:
- URL_FETCH_FAILED error blocking article generation - Fixed.
- Content Refresh failing on certain page types - Fixed an issue preventing Content Refresh from working on specific pages, confirmed on WooCommerce/WordPress product pages.
- Listicle item pricing showing only the default pricing view - Fixed. Pricing mentioned for tools in listicle articles no longer defaults to whichever pricing page view (often yearly/business tier) happened to load first, giving a more accurate representation of a tool's pricing.
Account & Onboarding:
- Onboarding ↔ workspace redirect loop - Fixed.
- Duplicate trial card check - Fixed a bug allowing the same trial card check to be triggered more than once.
