🚀 Export Visibility Reports as PDF, Shareable Read-Only Links & Much More
We're excited to announce two new ways to share your AI Visibility data - exportable PDF reports and read-only shareable links - plus a round of fixes covering anchor text quality, WordPress title encoding, fabricated content in Content Refresh, AI Insights accuracy, and Gemini API key validation.
✨ New Features
📄 Export Visibility Report as PDF
Export your current AI Visibility dashboard view as a PDF directly from the Visibility page.
Click Export Report → Export as PDF to download a snapshot of your exact view, charts, tables, and current filters included, so you can share a client-ready report or archive a point-in-time record without granting dashboard access.

🔗 Create Shareable Link for Visibility Report
Generate a read-only, no-login-required link to your current Visibility view.
Click Export Report → Share as link to open the sharing modal. The link preserves your current date range, models, tags, and location filters exactly as configured, and you control how long it stays active with a configurable expiry (e.g. 30 days). Perfect for sharing a report with a client or stakeholder without giving them dashboard access.

🔧 Improvements & Fixes
Article Generation Quality:
- AI-selected anchor text too long — Fixed. Internal and external link anchor text was often an entire clause or sentence fragment rather than a short, descriptive keyword phrase. Anchor text now follows standard best practice at 2–6 words, keeping links visually lighter and reading flow intact.
- Copywriter emitting model reasoning into article body and fabricating quotes attributed to real people — Fixed. Two defects found during Content Refresh were removing internal model reasoning text that was leaking into published articles, and preventing fabricated quotes from being attributed to real, named individuals.
- AI Insights analyzing a truncated slice of the page and reporting existing sections as missing — Fixed. GSC Opportunity AI Insights was reporting content as "missing" when it already existed on the page, which then flowed into auto-generated Content Refresh instructions telling the copywriter to add sections that were already present. Insights now analyze the full page content.
CMS & Publishing:
- "&" in article title becoming "&" after publishing to WordPress — Fixed a double-encoding issue where article titles containing an ampersand displayed the literal HTML entity instead of the character after publishing to WordPress.
API Keys & Integrations:
- Google Gemini API key validation rejecting new "AQ.A" key format — Fixed. Validation logic was rejecting Google's new Gemini key format (introduced in early June). All Gemini BYOK users can now save current-format keys.
- Straico removed — Straico has been shut down and is no longer available as a BYOK provider option.
