🔗 Webhooks as Autopilot Publishing Destination

Autopilot can now publish directly to a Webhook as a destination, alongside your existing CMS platforms. Point Autopilot at any endpoint that accepts a webhook payload to plug generated content into custom pipelines, internal tools, or platforms without a native ContentPen integration. Website documentation has been updated to match.

📁 Autopilot Publishing Defaults

Autopilot's "Where it publishes" settings now support default category and publish status, so articles no longer land as "Uncategorized" or in whatever state the platform defaults to. Enable the AI category matching option, and Autopilot will automatically select the most relevant existing category for each article instead of requiring a fixed default, keeping Autopilot genuinely hands-off.

🎯 Scoped AI Insights Refresh - Fixes Only What You Reviewed

When you trigger a refresh from an Opportunity's AI Insights panel, the refresh is now constrained to exactly the Priority Actions shown in that panel, instead of opening the full 6-step Content Refresh wizard or the broader Enhance/Full Rewrite flow with your Preset's structure, formatting, and style settings layered on top. If you reviewed and approved "rewrite the title tag" and "add two missing tool entries," that's exactly what gets touched, nothing more.

🔍 Opportunity AI Insights & Priority Actions in the Autopilot Topic Drawer

Every refresh topic in the Autopilot queue now opens a full detail drawer showing the keyword, the page it improves, when it's planned, and an Autopilot Score explaining how it ranked against other refreshes in your queue. A "Why we picked this" section explains the reasoning (e.g. "this page already shows up in search, so there's demand to win back"), and a "What Autopilot will change" section lays out the specific, numbered actions it will take, all before you commit. Refresh now, or skip, directly from the drawer.

♻️ Content Refresh via WordPress - Update Existing Post, No More Duplicates

Refreshing an already-published WordPress post through ContentPen no longer creates a duplicate. A new toggle lets you choose whether the refresh updates the existing post in place or publishes as a new article, giving you explicit control instead of ContentPen deciding for you.

🔧 Improvements & Fixes

Article Generation Quality:

• Fixed sections and meta-commentary leaking into non-English articles - Fixed. Articles generated in a non-English language (confirmed on Polish) now keep fixed sections like FAQs fully in the target language, with no leftover generation-process commentary requiring manual cleanup.

Ask AI:

• Ask AI inserting made-up URLs instead of real internal links - Fixed. When asked to add internal links, Ask AI now links to real, existing pages on your own site instead of fabricating URLs that don't exist.
• Ask AI introducing grammar, punctuation, and sentence-case errors - Fixed. Text rewritten by Ask AI is now grammatically correct and properly capitalized, removing a manual proofreading step after every edit.

Publishing:

• HTML entities rendering as literal text in published excerpts - Fixed.

Account & Onboarding:

• Saving workspace name re-triggers onboarding flow - Fixed. Changing your workspace name in General Settings now simply saves the name; navigating to Planner or any other section afterward takes you there directly instead of dropping you back into onboarding.
