Feature Ideas
Submit IdeaSupport for Listicle Articles with Custom Number of Images (Pinterest-style Content)
Hello ContentPen Team, I would like to suggest a new feature that would be extremely helpful for users creating Pinterest-style content: the ability to generate listicle articles with a custom number of images. For example, when creating a post like “15 Best Hiking Outfits,” the ideal workflow would be to have 15 headings (one for each outfit) and automatically generate 15 corresponding images—one for each heading. Currently, ContentPen only allows generating up to 3-4 images per article, and there is no option to customize the number of images for listicle-style posts. This limitation makes it difficult to create engaging content for platforms like Pinterest, where each list item typically requires its own unique image. I believe adding this feature would greatly enhance ContentPen’s value for content creators who focus on visual, list-based articles. Could you please consider adding the option to set the number of images generated for listicle articles? This would allow users to create more comprehensive and visually appealing posts tailored for platforms like Pinterest. Thank you for your attention and for continually improving ContentPen!

Presets - Consumers/Customers | B2C Focus
I can't believe consumers/customers arent an option in the "target audience" selection for presets. It's all B2B.

Built-In Visual Templates for Listicles, Reviews & Comparison Posts
I would love to see built-in visual templates inside ContentPen for different blog formats like: ✅ Listicle Blog Posts ✅ Review Blog Posts ✅ Product Comparison Posts Here are a few of my own personal blog posts that I built purely for testing and experimentation: 👉 https://techcaffeine.com/best-ai-headshot-generators/ (Listicle example) 👉 https://techcaffeine.com/best-artificial-intelligence-movies/ (Listicle example) 👉 https://techcaffeine.com/hodlnaut-review/ (Product review example) When creating posts like these, having ready-made visual layout templates... such as comparison tables, rating charts, pros/cons blocks, summary cards, feature grids, verdict boxes, etc. would make the output much more engaging and publish-ready. Right now, ContentPen gives a good base structure, but adding visual templates would: ✨ Improve readability ✨ Make listicles and reviews more visually appealing ✨ Reduce manual editing & formatting ✨ Help affiliate and product review bloggers ✨ Enhance overall user experience Since many users create listicles, reviews, and comparison content, this feature could significantly boost productivity and reduce backend editing work. Just sharing this as constructive feedback... the foundation is already strong, and this would take it to the next level 🚀

Find Low-Competition Long Tail Keywords by Lowfruits.io
LowFruits is a keyword research tool for SEO that helps website owners find low-competition, long-tail keywords by analyzing Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs) to identify "weak spots" where low-authority sites rank. Would really like to have the similar features.

Recommended Articles
It would be great if we could connect our Search Console accounts and have Contentpen identify opportunities for articles and suggest topics (clusters) for writing based on the data in Search Console.

Ability to publish to websites other than WordPress
Functionality is currently fairly limited unless you can publish to a WordPress site. Since our site is not WordPress I cannot publish anything. The download to Google Docs does enable me to manually download and then upload to my site, but there is some formatting lost and all the external links are gone.

Option to disable AI generated keywords/clusters
Option to disable AI generated keywords for those who prefer actual search data from Semrush, Ahrefs, DataForSEO, etc This would save you guys AI usage as users like me just delete the AI generate terms anyway.

NeuronWriter API integration — SEO recommendations in-editor
Short request Add a native NeuronWriter API integration so ContentPen can import NeuronWriter recommendations (titles, target length, keywords/entities, query score) directly into the editor and auto-generate outlines that match NeuronWriter guidance. Why this is good to implement Saves time: removes manual copy‑paste across tools, speeding article production. Improves SEO accuracy: content is built against proven NeuronWriter recommendations and scoring. Scales content ops: bulk-create and validate many articles with consistent SEO standards. Better user experience: one workflow inside ContentPen reduces context switching and errors. Competitive advantage: attracts users who already rely on NeuronWriter and want tighter toolchain integration.

Ability to add more workspaces than plan limits (pause/activate on demand)
Allow users to create more workspaces than the plan limit and activate/pause them depending on workload. Ideal for agencies managing many clients without paying full price for inactive workspaces. Benefits: • Agencies pay only for active workspaces • Scales the platform for enterprise use • Improves workflow flexibility

Contentpen MCP
Copy from a competitor, I was looking for such a setup: With this MCP and the right setup inside Claude, you could run a fully automated content agency on autopilot. Client comes on board, you set up their brand voice, connect their WordPress site, load their target keywords, and let the workflow run. New SEO content going live on their site every week. Scraped competitor intel feeding better briefs. Internal links handled automatically. Images generated and embedded. All without a writer, an editor, or a project manager chasing anyone.

Automated Keyword Import + Bulk Article Generation
Problem Currently, when using Bulk Create, we are required to manually add keywords one by one. For agencies managing multiple websites and publishing at scale, this workflow is too time-consuming and click-heavy. The main friction points: Keywords must be manually typed or pasted individuallyNo automatic keyword suggestions based on GSC dataNo auto-generated article proposalsDefault preset must be manually selected each timeToo many steps before content generation begins At $200/month (Agency plan), we need a more automated workflow designed for scale. Proposed Solution 1️⃣ Automatic Keyword Discovery The system should automatically suggest keywords based on: Google Search Console data (existing impressions + opportunities)Existing ranking pagesCompetitor gapsPreviously used keywordsSearch volume thresholds These should be visible in a dedicated “Opportunities” or “Suggested Articles” section. 2️⃣ One-Click Bulk Article Generation Instead of manually adding keywords: Select multiple suggested keywords with checkboxesClick “Generate Articles”Articles are automatically created using the default preset No manual keyword input required. 3️⃣ Default Preset Auto-Selection If a default preset is already defined in the project settings: It should be automatically selected in Bulk CreateNo need to manually re-select it every time This removes unnecessary clicks and speeds up workflow. 4️⃣ CSV / Bulk Keyword Import Add the ability to: Upload a CSV with keywordsPaste a full keyword list (multi-line paste)Import directly from GSC Then generate all articles in one action. Expected Outcome The platform should function more like a content automation engine, not a manual content builder. Goal: Minimal clicksMaximum automationScalable for agencies managing multiple sites
