  1. Presets - Consumers/Customers | B2C Focus

I can't believe consumers/customers arent an option in the "target audience" selection for presets. It's all B2B.

  2. Built-In Visual Templates for Listicles, Reviews & Comparison Posts

I would love to see built-in visual templates inside ContentPen for different blog formats like: ✅ Listicle Blog Posts ✅ Review Blog Posts ✅ Product Comparison Posts Here are a few of my own personal blog posts that I built purely for testing and experimentation: 👉 https://techcaffeine.com/best-ai-headshot-generators/ (Listicle example) 👉 https://techcaffeine.com/best-artificial-intelligence-movies/ (Listicle example) 👉 https://techcaffeine.com/hodlnaut-review/ (Product review example) When creating posts like these, having ready-made visual layout templates... such as comparison tables, rating charts, pros/cons blocks, summary cards, feature grids, verdict boxes, etc. would make the output much more engaging and publish-ready. Right now, ContentPen gives a good base structure, but adding visual templates would: ✨ Improve readability ✨ Make listicles and reviews more visually appealing ✨ Reduce manual editing & formatting ✨ Help affiliate and product review bloggers ✨ Enhance overall user experience Since many users create listicles, reviews, and comparison content, this feature could significantly boost productivity and reduce backend editing work. Just sharing this as constructive feedback... the foundation is already strong, and this would take it to the next level 🚀

  3. Add logo watermark to images

Allow us to upload a white version of our logo, and auto add a logo watermark in the lower right of the created images. Perhaps add a simple toggle to allow people to use the un-watermarked version of any created image if for some reason the watermark does not work for a specific image.

  4. Support for Listicle Articles with Custom Number of Images (Pinterest-style Content)

Hello ContentPen Team, I would like to suggest a new feature that would be extremely helpful for users creating Pinterest-style content: the ability to generate listicle articles with a custom number of images. For example, when creating a post like “15 Best Hiking Outfits,” the ideal workflow would be to have 15 headings (one for each outfit) and automatically generate 15 corresponding images—one for each heading. Currently, ContentPen only allows generating up to 3-4 images per article, and there is no option to customize the number of images for listicle-style posts. This limitation makes it difficult to create engaging content for platforms like Pinterest, where each list item typically requires its own unique image. I believe adding this feature would greatly enhance ContentPen’s value for content creators who focus on visual, list-based articles. Could you please consider adding the option to set the number of images generated for listicle articles? This would allow users to create more comprehensive and visually appealing posts tailored for platforms like Pinterest. Thank you for your attention and for continually improving ContentPen!

  5. Article-Level Knowledge Panel for Custom File/Link Uploads

An optional Knowledge Panel during article creation where users can upload files or add links specific to that article. This would allow ContentPen to use only the user-provided knowledge for that article, prioritizing these facts over general online information. This feature would help users incorporate their own researched facts directly into the content, ensuring accuracy and relevance tailored to their needs. It could be integrated as a step or two in the article creation process. ContentPen is already outstanding, and this enhancement would make it even better!

  7. Ability to publish to websites other than WordPress

Functionality is currently fairly limited unless you can publish to a WordPress site. Since our site is not WordPress I cannot publish anything. The download to Google Docs does enable me to manually download and then upload to my site, but there is some formatting lost and all the external links are gone.

  8. Full image upload instead of hotlinking

Currently images added to articles are hotlinked. Please add an option to automatically upload all images directly to the website instead. This ensures long-term availability, avoids broken images, and improves SEO. Benefits: • No risk of image removal or broken URLs • Faster loading hosted on target domain • Better image SEO and indexing

  9. Add “Find and Replace” feature to the article content editor

A “Find and Replace” feature in the article content editor would be extremely useful, similar to what is available in Microsoft Word or Google Docs. In practice, situations occur where ContentPen uses an incorrect company name or another repeated phrase. In one article, I had to manually correct the same company name in around 30 places, which was time-consuming and prone to errors. Adding a “Find and Replace” option would: significantly speed up content editing, reduce the risk of missed corrections, greatly improve usability when working with long articles. A simple implementation would be sufficient, allowing users to: search for a phrase, replace it once or globally, apply changes only within the current article. This is a small feature, but it would add major value to everyday content editing workflows.

Option to disable AI generated keywords for those who prefer actual search data from Semrush, Ahrefs, DataForSEO, etc This would save you guys AI usage as users like me just delete the AI generate terms anyway.

  15. Recommended Articles

It would be great if we could connect our Search Console accounts and have Contentpen identify opportunities for articles and suggest topics (clusters) for writing based on the data in Search Console.
